The Petrov Defense (1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nf6) is a very interesting option for Black. Instead of defending the pawn on e5, Black counterattacks the pawn on e5.

This defense very often leads to solid positions for Black, that can be quite hard to play against if you’re an ambitious player as White (which you should be).

That’s why I created a lesson where a cover a complete system to play against the Petroff. The main idea is to provide an aggressive plan involving opposite side castling if Black goes for the main lines.
